Where does the University get your personal data from?
The University collects your data from you when you complete the User Registration form.

Title, First Name, Surname, Job Title, Institution, Email Address, Address of Department, Postcode, Phone Number, Fax Number, Where did you first hear about SiriusWeb,
consent to University processing personal data.
The purposes for which we process your personal data and the legal basis for that processing.
In order to provide the acess to the SiriusWeb staff costs calculator and to ensure legal consent.
Who might we share your data with?
We do not share your data with anyone.
Automated individual decision making, including profiling.

Communication
You can choose to opt in to receive similar HE communications that may be of interest to you. If you subsequently wish to opt out, please let
the SiriusWeb Team know and we will update our records.

No SiriusWeb data goes outside EU.

Data is retained in the database until the user informs the SiriusWeb Team that they no longer a user of the system.
